Yoga for Life (55+)/ Gentle Yoga...$5/class

Gentle class with use of different props. Open to all levels.

Bootcamp Yoga

Satula Yoga is excited to have Bootcamp Yoga back with Lucy! 
The 6 week, 2xWeek session will begin on Tuesday, Jan.29, 2013. 8:30pm-9:30pm
All Levels.

The workshop will incorporate Resistance training, Power Yoga, Cardio and Flexibility. 
Participants are encouraged to breathe, connect and listen to their bodies throughout the practice. We will also use weights and resistance bands. Most importantly, go at your own pace or perhaps challenge yourself. Lucy will guide you through the practice in a safe and encouraging environment.

About Lucy M:

Lucy is a Certified fitness instructor and personal trainer with Can Fit Professional.
She has been coaching group classes for 20 years and work as a Personal Trainer for 8 years.
She is a certified Yoga Instructor. 
Currently, Lucy coaches both yoga and resistance training classes. 
Lucy's comments to her future students: "I will try to make the classes fun, flexible to cater to all different levels. Proper techniques are important to ensure safety to participants."
