A long day a work? Feeling stressed...frazzled...Please join us for a session of meditation every Wednesdays at 6:15pm. We will practice walking and sitting meditation with Jen S.
Scientific studies proves that meditation leads to a healthy body. It calms your nervous system by reducing stress, lowers your heart rate, bringing your mind into focus and clarity. Bringing a sense of peace, harmony, vitality and calmness within your mind and heart. A regular practice is ideal for an effortless meditation.
Take a break and pause from the chaos of the day and please join us as we will learn to sit with ourselves.
No previous experience is necessary.
Please bring a cushion, mat(folded to sit on) or anything else that you may require to be comfortable. Wear comfortable clothing.
