Join Satula Yoga for BellyFit workshop with Mary Beth in May!
Bellyfit is a fun, fresh fitness class for women that combines cardio moves inspired by Belly Dance, African dance, and Bollywood. It includes a strength training section infused with pilates, yoga, and meditation. Come experience a full body, full spirit fitness class that combines the science of Western fitness with the beauty and style of cultural dances in the East!
You will need to bring a yoga mat to class, indoor-only running shoes, and lots of water to keep hydrated.

Fridays, 4 weeks. Starts on Friday, May 18, 2012...7:00pm-8:00pm
Saturdays, 4 weeks. Starts on Saturday, May 19, 2012..1:00pm-2:00pm

Rate: $52+HST
Mary Beth is a qualified elementary and high school teacher with a Masters of Arts in Education who has widened her teaching capacity into helping others in achieving their fitness goals in a fun and fulfilling way. She is a CanFitPro certified personal trainer (PTS) and has certifications in teaching Zumba, Zumba Toning, Bellyfit, Hip Hop Hustle, and Turbo Kick. A native of Glengarry, Ontario, she has taught at various studios in the Ottawa area. Mary Beth looks forward to helping you meet your fitness goals!
