BLISS YOGA AM

What a fantastic way to begin your day! Give yourself the treat of morning Yoga!
A regular practice of yoga benefits your overall health-physically, mentally and spiritually. Yoga increases flexibility, blood circulation (great start in the morning), calmness, strength and inner peace.
We will begin our practice with meditation followed by Sun Salutations, Yoga asanas (postures), savasana (final relaxation) and pranayama(breathing technique). Stay and have tea after class!

We will emphasize stretching of a specific areas of the body every week.

With instructor Bhupi.
Suitable to all levels.
We have 2 changerooms for your convenience.

Time: 7:30am-8:45am
